TERMS OF SERVICES
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms of Business (hereinafter: Terms) regulate the business conditions of NTravel, Nina Trobec, s.p., with its registered office at V Radno 26, 1351 Brezovica, Slovenia (hereinafter: the Provider), which provides travel organization and travel advisor services.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Provider offers the following travel services:
- Searching for and assisting with accommodation reservations,
- Searching for airline tickets,
- Creating a complete travel itinerary,
- Advanced travel consulting.
The Provider does not operate as a travel agency and does not directly sell airline tickets or vacation packages. The services provided are based solely on consulting and consulting and providing relevant travel information.
- BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
The client (hereinafter: the Customer) submits a service request via the contact form or email. Upon receiving the request, the Provider prepares an offer with details of the service and its cost.
Payment for consulting services must be made to the Provider’s bank account before the service is rendered. The payment deadline is specified in the offer. In case of non-payment, the Provider is not obligated to perform the service.
The fee for services (searching for airline tickets, travel consulting, or creating a travel itinerary) is charged regardless of the Customer’s final decision. This means that the service is payable regardless of whether the Customer makes a reservation based on the information provided by the Provider or chooses to make a reservation independently despite ordering the service.
By confirming and paying for the service, the Customer agrees to the General Terms of Services and the Privacy Policy.
- LIABILITY
The Provider acts as an advisor and intermediary of information and is not responsible for errors, delays, cancellations, or other issues arising from third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, travel agencies, etc.). The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data obtained from third parties and is not liable for decisions made by the Customer based on the provided information.
The Provider is also not responsible for price changes, availability, or service conditions set by third parties. The Customer acknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for service execution lies with the respective service provider and that the Provider does not act as a travel agency.
If the Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, the Provider is not liable for any resulting errors or additional costs.
The Provider is not responsible for travel disruptions or cancellations due to non-compliance with health regulations of the destination country, nor for any associated costs.
For entry into certain countries, a visa may be required. The Customer is responsible for verifying visa requirements and obtaining a visa on time.
The Customer must also check for any specific entry requirements of the destination country, such as passport validity requirements, proof of sufficient financial means for the duration of the stay, a return flight ticket, etc.
As entry requirements may change, the Provider recommends that the Customer check for the latest information with the relevant authorities before traveling.
- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service execution. In case of incorrect or incomplete data, the Provider is not liable for any resulting issues or additional costs.
- CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once an order of the services is confirmed and payment is made, the Customer cannot cancel the order. If the Provider is unable to fulfill the service due to its own reasons, the paid amount will be refunded to the Customer.
- DATA PROTECTION
The Provider is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Provider and the Customer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the competent court in Slovenia.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
The texts and images owned by NTRAVEL may not be copied or used without prior permission.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be published on the company’s website.

- USE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
By submitting an inquiry via email or filling out the contact form, you consent to the Provider collecting and processing your personal data.
